An army wife and mommy of two, just trying to get back into shape and keep sane with two young children and dealing with deployments and all the other joys of Army life.
I'm seriously the world's worst at sticking with any diet or workout plan.
While my husband was gone I lost 24 pounds, from 174 to 150. I kept that off the whole 6 month deployment but never lost more, when he came home I stayed at that weight for about 5 months. Then I started gaining and kept my weight around 160. It is now 165 and I bounce back and forth from 160 to 165. I was also down to a size 10 Jean when he came home, I am back in the size 14 that I wore before he left for deployment. :(
I plan to start eating between 800-1000 calories like I did while he was deployed and working out twice a day.
My goal is to be around 155 when I start school, would love to be less than that if course.

I feel like im always starting over and I guess that's because I am. I continue to let myself get distracted by others and that needs to stop. I know that I will never reach my goal if I let myself continue like this.
I was 150 when my husband came home from his deployment and I'm back up to 161 and very disappointed in myself.
As much as I hate to I'm starting my phentermine to kick start some weight loss, my goal right now is to lose 10 pounds before I get my braces on August 20th. That would put me at 151. I know that the pills alone can get me to that point, but im also going to workout twice a day and eat a low calorie diet and make myself continue this even on weekends which is when I have the most trouble. Hoping that by doing all of this I can get into the 140s by the end of August.
Had a bad weekend, didn't feel great so ate horribly and didn't workout.
This morning I'm starting to eat clean, I want to rid our family of all the yucky processed junk.
So this morning it egg whites and one whole egg, seasoned with pepper and a little sea salt, with green onions. Yummy
